| Ingredients: 3 eggs, hard boiled
50g paneer
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
100g potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp caraway seeds powder
1 tbsp oil
Oil for frying |

Method:
Cut the boiled eggs into two halves lengthwise, remove the yolks and mix with paneer.
Also add a little salt.
Boil and mash the potatoes, make a hard dough with maida, oil, pepper and caraway seeds
powder. Fill the eggs with the yolk-paneer mixture.
Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll out each and put an egg half in the center of each.
Fold into a packet, securing it with a clove.
Deep fry on low heat till light brown and serve hot.
