| Ingredients: 3 boiled eggs, cut into 2 halves each
2 onions, finely chopped
3 green chilies, finely chopped
2 sprigs curry leaves, chopped
1 cup gram flour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying |

Method:
Sieve the flour and add salt, chopped green chilies, onions, curry leaves to the flour.
Mix well and make a fine batter using water.
Heat oil in a pan, take each half of the egg, immerse in the batter and drop slowly into
the oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Repeat the process for the remaining eggs.
Serve with any sauce or chutney.
