| Ingredients: 6 slices of brown or white bread
Butter as needed
A bunch of parsley or lettuce
1 tomato
Few red raddish, carrot, etc for decoration
For filling:
1/4 cup French beans, finely chopped & boiled
1/4 cup carrot, finely chopped boiled
1/4 cup potato, boiled & coarsely mashed
1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh cream
1/3 cup yogurt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp sugar, powdered |

Method:
To prepare filling, squeeze off water from vegetables.
Mix yogurt, cream and seasoning together. Add vegetables to it.
Remove crust from all sides of the bread slices and apply butter evenly.
Prepare 3-decker sandwich out of 3 slices of bread with fillings.
Cut smaller triangles or rectangles as needed.
Use parsley, tomato skin, flowers cut from radish, carrot etc to decorate.
