Ingredients:

100g dates
1 cup flour
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup sugar
Oil for frying
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
A little nutmeg

Method:
  1. Mix both the flours with the oil and the sugar. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Add chopped dates, nutmeg, coconut into the flour and knead into a stiff dough with the water.
  3. Make into small balls, roll smooth and fry in oil on low heat till brown.
  4. Cool and serve.
