| Ingredients: 1/2 cup paneer
1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped
3/4 cup potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp green chili paste
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Oil for shallow frying |
Crunchy Cutlets

Method:
Rub little salt in cabbage and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water later.
Mix it with paneer crumbs, mashed potatoes, and rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and divide the mixture into 6 parts.
Make flat long oval balls, apply bread crumbs all over and shallow fry cutlets on a hot
griddle with little oil.
Serve hot with any sauce.
