50g coconut powder
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
8-10 cashew nuts
2 cups boiled and mashed peas
3/4 cup rice flour
2 tbsp salt
Paste of 3-4 green chilies
1 tsp garam masala
Tomato sauce or chutney for garnishing
Coconut & Honey-Stuffed Pea Cutlet
Method:
Mix the coconut powder, honey and lemon juice. Make small round balls by stuffing cashew
nuts into it.
Mix pea paste, rice flour, salt, green chili paste and garam masala. Make a dough.
Make round flattened balls by pressing on your palm.
Fill the coconut stuffing inside the balls. Give them a round shape.
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry all cutlets. Place on a tissue paper to remove extra oil.
