Ingredients:

100 gms cheese, grated
50 gms paneer, grated
1 potato, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
Few beans, chopped
1/4 cabbage, shredded
1 egg, beaten
2-3 tbsp bread crumbs
1 onion, minced
3-4 green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Few coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for frying

Method:
  1. Mix all the vegetables and boil for few minutes. Drain all the water and keep aside.
  2. To the boiled vegetables, add grated cheese and paneer, minced onion, green chilies, chili powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Make small balls from the batter and roll in the beaten egg. Then roll in the bread crumbs. Repeat the process for the remaining balls.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cheese balls until golden brown in color.
  5. Serve hot with any chutney.
    Serves: 6
    Preparation time: 30 minutes
