| Ingredients: 100 gms cheese, grated
50 gms paneer, grated
1 potato, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
Few beans, chopped
1/4 cabbage, shredded
1 egg, beaten
2-3 tbsp bread crumbs
1 onion, minced
3-4 green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Few coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for frying |

Method:
- Mix all the vegetables and boil for few minutes. Drain all the water and keep aside.
- To the boiled vegetables, add grated cheese and paneer, minced onion, green chilies,
chili powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make small balls from the batter and roll in the beaten egg. Then roll in the bread
crumbs. Repeat the process for the remaining balls.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cheese balls until golden brown in color.
- Serve hot with any chutney.
