Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups chick peas (kabuli chana)
1/2 cup paneer, cut into small cubes
1 cucumber, peel & cut into small pieces
1 spring onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tsp. chaat masala
1 tsp. chopped coriander leaves

Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add paneer cubes, chick peas, cucumber pieces, chopped spring onion and mix well.
  2. To this, add tomato ketchup, chaat masala and mix well.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves, refrigerate and serve chilled.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
