Ingredients:

6 bananas
100 gms maida (all-purpose flour)
1 egg, beaten
100 gms sugar
130 ml milk
Ghee or butter for frying

Banana Fritters

Method:
  1. Mix maida, milk and beaten egg well and make a fine batter. Keep aside.
  2. Remove the skin of bananas and cut into thin, long slices.
  3. Heat the ghee in a pan, immerse the banana slices in the above batter and place in hot ghee. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Roll the fried banana slices in sugar and serve.
    Serves: 6
    Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
