| Ingredients: 6 bananas
100 gms maida (all-purpose flour)
1 egg, beaten
100 gms sugar
130 ml milk
Ghee or butter for frying |
Banana Fritters

Method:
- Mix maida, milk and beaten egg well and make a fine batter. Keep aside.
- Remove the skin of bananas and cut into thin, long slices.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, immerse the banana slices in the above batter and place in hot
ghee. Fry until golden brown.
- Roll the fried banana slices in sugar and serve.
