| Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 tomatoes, sliced in circles
1 big onion, sliced in rings
Salad leaves
4 tbsp mayonnaise sauce
4 green chilies, sliced thin
6 curry leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste |
Egg Salad

Method:
Cut the boiled eggs into two pieces horizontally and remove the egg yolk.
Mix the egg yolk with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chopped green chilies, and curry leaves.
Place this mixture in the removed portion of egg yolk
Serve with salad leaves, cucumber, tomatoes and onions.
