250g cabbage
250g capsicum
100g onions
50g milk cream For preparing Mayonnaise sauce: 1 egg
100g oil
1/4 tsp mustard powder
3 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sugar
Salt to taste Method: Add salt, sugar, mustard powder to the egg yolk and mix well by pouring oil drop by
drop. This is the mayonnaise sauce.
Cold Salad
Method:
Cut the cabbage, capsicum and onions into thin long slices and place them all in cold
water for 10 minutes, so that they all get separated.
Remove from water and see that no water remains in them.
Then add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise sauce and milk cream. Chill it in the refrigerator.
Place the salad in between burger or bread slices and serve.
