4-5 dried red chilies

Spicy Sesame Powder

Method:
- Fry the sesame seeds in an empty pan without oil. Also fry the dried red chilies in the
same manner. Keep them aside and let it cool.
- Grind the sesame seeds and the dried red chilies along with salt to taste, into a fine
powder. Store in a dry container.
- Serve with steam rice by dry spathulas, as this helps in having the powder fresh for a
longtime.
- Tastes good when a little of ghee or oil is added to it while serving.
