Ingredients:

1 cup sesame seeds
4-5 dried red chilies
Salt to taste

Spicy Sesame Powder

Method:
  1. Fry the sesame seeds in an empty pan without oil. Also fry the dried red chilies in the same manner. Keep them aside and let it cool.
  2. Grind the sesame seeds and the dried red chilies along with salt to taste, into a fine powder. Store in a dry container.
  3. Serve with steam rice by dry spathulas, as this helps in having the powder fresh for a longtime.
  4. Tastes good when a little of ghee or oil is added to it while serving.
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
