| Ingredients: 50g red chilies
50g coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp Bengal gram
1 tbsp mustard seeds
Little tamarind
2-3 garlic flakes
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste |

Method:
Roast all the above ingredients, except salt, tamarind and garlic, in a pan separately
and blend in a mixer with salt.
Then add garlic flakes, tamarind and blend until smooth.
Heat oil in a pan, transfer to the ground powder, mix well and take in a tightly jar.
This powder can also be used with tiffins and rice.
