| Ingredients: 1 cup dried prawns
10 garlic flakes
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup red chilies
Salt to taste |

Method:
Dry the prawns well, so that head and tail portions can be removed easily.
In a dry pan, roast the prawns until brown. Remove and keep aside.
Roast the red chilies and blend with prawns.
In the middle, add cumin seeds, salt and blend for 2-3 minutes.
Also add garlic flakes and blend for another 1 minute or so.
Transfer to an air tight jar.
