Ingredients:

2 cups grated dry coconut
10 red chilies
1 tbsp cumin seeds
50g roasted Bengal gram
Salt to taste

Kobbari Karam Podi
(Coconut-Red Chili Powder)

Method:
  1. Mix the roasted Bengal gram and cumin seeds with red chilies and blend to a fine powder.
  2. To this, add grated coconut, salt and blend until it gets smooth.
  3. Serve with plain rice or tiffins.
