Ingredients:
1/4 kg prawns, shelled
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp peppercorns
10 kashmiri chilies
Vinegar to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 onions, chopped
A handful of curry leaves, minced
1" piece ginger, finely chopped
3 garlic flakes, finely chopped
4 green chilies, seeded & chopped
2 cups oil
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Make a paste of the cumin, peppercorns and chilies with the vinegar, then mix the turmeric.
  2. Add the onions to the oil and saut� until it changes color.
  3. Then add the prawns, masala, curry leaves, garlic, ginger and green chilies.
  4. Simmer for a few minutes and remove from the heat. Cool and store in airtight bottles.
    Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
