Ingredients:

2 sour grated and dried mangoes
4 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp fenugreek powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp seasoning seeds
4 red chilies
1/2 cup oil
4-5 garlic flakes

Mango Pickle

Method:
  1. Mix the grated mangoes with chili, mustard, fenugreek powders and salt well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry red chilies, seasoning seeds (mustard and cumin seeds) until they splutter. Later add garlic flakes and remove from the heat.
  3. Cool it and add to the mango mixture and mix well.
  4. Transfer it to a jar and serve with any rice
  5. This pickle remains for a week.
