Ingredients:

2 raw mangoes
4 tbsp red chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp fenugreek (methi) powder
1 tbsp mustard powder
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste

Instant Aavakaaya

Method:
  1. Cut the mango into small pieces.
  2. Mix the pieces with chili, fenugreek, mustard powders, salt, oil and keep in a jar.
  3. This pickle remains for a week.
