| Ingredients: 1 lb shelled prawns
2 cups coconut milk
5 cloves
3/4 tsp coriander seeds powder
2 green chilies, sliced lengthwise
2 bay leaves
8 black pepper seeds
5 mint leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste

Prawns With Coconut Sauce |
Method:
In a skillet, heat oil and add cloves, black pepper seeds, bay leaves and fry for 1 or 2
minutes.
Add green chilies, salt, turmeric, mint leaves, coriander seeds powder, prawns and stir
for few minutes on medium heat
Then add coconut milk, and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
When the sauce thickens, remove from heat and garnish with cilantro leaves.
Serve with plain rice or parathas
