| Ingredients: 2-3 lbs of fish
Coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
1 small chopped onions
Black pepper to taste
Cilantro (coriander leaves) 1/2 bunch
Salt to taste
2-3 whole red pepper
2-3 tbsp of flour |

Method:
- Cut the fish into long pieces. Roll the fish in flour that has been heavily seasoned
with black pepper and salt.
- Fry in hot oil, remove and drain fish.
- Into the boiling coconut milk add fried fish, some onions, red pepper and cilantro
leaves.
- Cover and reduce heat. Let the fish cook for 10-15 mins. If you like more hot (spicy),
add 1/2 tsp of chili powder.
