Ingredients:

2 lbs any mild white fish (catfish or flounder)
2 garlic cloves
2 cups chopped coriander leaves
4 hot green peppers
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp grated coconut
3/4 tsp turmeric
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste

Broiled Fish

Method:
  1. Pat the fish dry and set aside.
  2. Make a paste of garlic, coriander leaves, green peppers, cumin seeds, grated coconut, turmeric, lemon juice, oil and salt.
  3. Apply thickly on the fish on both sides.
  4. Turn the oven on to broil and broil the pieces for 10 minutes, on either side.
  5. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
