Ingredients:

1kg Mutton
1kg sliced Onion
1tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
tsp Turmeric Powder
tsp Red Chilly Powder
1cup Oil
1-2 Cinnamon Sticks
2-3 Bay Leaves
3-4 Cloves
1tbsp Sambar Masala
1cup Water



Method:

Marinate the mutton with sliced onions, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt and keep aside for 40mins.

Heat some oil in a separate vessel and add cinnamon, bay leaves and cloves. Now add the marinated mutton. Cover the vessel with a lid and pour some water over the lid. Leave to cook for half an hour. Now add sambar masala, stir, add water and cover with the lid, leave to cook for an hour. Serve hot
