Ingredients:

1/2 kg flattered mutton
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp oil
1 tsp raw papaya peel (ground)
Salt to taste

Pathar Ka Goshth

Method:
  1. Apply grounded raw papaya peel and salt to the mutton and keep for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Rub in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Heat a flat stone. When hot put the meat pieces on it and roast on both sides or grill on a charcoal oven or under an electric grill.
  4. When browned on one side, turn on the other side. It should be lightly browned but not dry.
