Ingredients:

1/2 kg mutton
2 raw mangoes
25g khus khus seeds
5g cumin seeds
10g coriander seeds
5g garam masala
3 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric
100 ml oil
100g onions, chopped
3 green chilies
20g ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Mix mutton pieces with salt and 1 tbsp chili powder and keep aside.
  2. Mix khus khus seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala and make into a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, for few minutes.
  4. Now, add mutton pieces and cook until it gets tender. If necessary, add some water.
  5. Then add chopped mangoes to the above mixture and cook for some time.
  6. Later add ground paste, cover and cook until it is done.
