| Ingredients: 500g boneless mutton
3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
15g green chilies
3g garam masala
1 small bunch cilantro
75g onions, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
4 cups yogurt
100g tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
25g cashew nuts
75g oil
Salt to taste |
Mutton Kachaa Kofta Curry

Method:
To the mutton pieces, add ginger-garlic paste, 4 green chilies, cilantro, garam masala
powder, salt and blend it to a smooth paste. Make round koftas and deep fry in oil until
brown.
In a separate pan, heat oil, add chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 chopped
green chilies, chili powder, turmeric, yogurt and fry for few minutes.
Add the fried koftas to the gravy and cook for 15 minutes.
Later add coriander powder, tomatoes, cashew nuts paste and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with parathas or fried rice.
