| Ingredients: 500g mutton
225g cauliflower
115g onions, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
10g coriander powder
Small piece ginger
115g tomatoes, chopped
55g yogurt
5g chili powder
30g oil
Salt to taste |
Mutton Cauliflower

Method:
Cut the mutton into small pieces and cauliflower into florets.
Fry the chopped onions in the oil until golden brown.
To this, add mutton pieces, turmeric, coriander powder, ginger paste and fry for 5
minutes. Also add chopped tomatoes and yogurt.
Cook until tomatoes get tender. Then add cauliflower, chili powder, salt, and cook until
all the water evaporates.
Serve with fried rice with cilantro on it.
