| Ingredients: 200g sliced meat
1 cup chicken stock
1 raw egg
10g ginger-garlic
5g onions
25g diced capsicum
25g diced onions
5g sliced green chilies
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
25g corn flour
1/4 tsp ajinomoto
Salt to taste
Oil for frying |

Method:
Blend ginger, garlic, onions to a paste.
Coat the meat pieces with corn flour and raw egg and deep fry.
Fry the ground paste in oil and keep stirring.
Then add chicken stock, meat, white pepper powder, capsicum, onion, green chilies,
ajinomoto, salt and cook till the meat in the sauce softens.
Serve hot.
