mutton chops
2-4 black cardamoms
1 tsp pepper corns
2-3 tsp chaat masala
5-6 cloves
2-3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
3-4 tbsp gram flour (besan)
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp onion seeds (kalonji)
1/4 cup raw papaya pieces
1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
Salt to taste |

Method:
- Place the mutton chops on a cloth, take the ends of the cloth and tie with a thread to
form a bag. Now take a hammer and beat the chops until they are soft.
- Mix well raw papaya pieces, ginger-garlic paste, salt and marinate the mutton chops in
this mixture for a while.
- Fry the gram flour in a pan until a nice aroma appears. Sprinkle this flour on the
marinated mutton chops.
- Mix all the other ingredients except chaat masala and lemon juice in curd and again
marinate the mutton chops for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the mutton chops until golden brown. Sprinkle lemon juice,
chaat masala and serve hot.
Serves: 3-4
