| Ingredients: 500g boneless mutton
1 egg
8g garam masala
10g ginger
Oil for frying
4 red chilies
115g split gram (tuwar dal)
1 bunch cilantro
15g green chilies
60g onions, chopped
Salt to taste |

Method:
Boil mutton, split gram, red chilies, 2 onions, ginger, salt in water. Remove water and
grind to a fine paste.
To this, add beaten egg, garam masala and mix well. Make equal small balls and keep
aside.
In a separate bowl, add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt and mix
well. Make into small balls.
Take one mutton ball, place in your palm, press to an oval shape. In this, place onion
ball and close the edges.
Deep fry in oil until brown crispy kababs.
