Ingredients:

4 eggs
4 drumsticks
200g onions, chopped
30g ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
4-6 curry leaves
30g green chilies
30g tamarind
100g tomatoes
2 small bunches of cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin powder
100g oil
Salt to taste

Eggs With Drumsticks

Method:
  1. Boil the eggs, remove the shells and make horizontal spots on the eggs with a knife.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, drumsticks, salt and fry for some time.
  3. Then add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, green chilies, curry leaves along with tamarind water and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add boiled eggs and tomatoes to the curry and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
