Ingredients:

4 eggs, boiled
5 cloves
8 peppercorns
Small ginger piece
2 garlic cloves
4 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
Cilantro leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste

Egg Bhaaji

Method:
  1. Boil the eggs and cut into pieces.
  2. Mix cloves, peppercorns, ginger, garlic and blend to a paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions, paste, chili powder, salt for a few minutes.
  4. Then add tomatoes, egg pieces and fry for another 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
