Ingredients:

200 gms boneless chicken (juliennes)
2-3 spring onions
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 fresh red chilies (chopped)
2 tsp chili sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp ajinomoto
30 ml white wine
2 tsp egg cream
1/2 kg corn flour

Mighty Chicken

Method:
  1. Take juliennes of boneless chicken in a bowl.
  2. Marinate it with chopped spring onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, ajinomoto, egg cream and white wine. Leave it aside.
  3. Pat into small balls and dust them with corn flour.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the preparation on a slow fire, till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with green sauce.
