Ingredients:1
kg chicken
2 tbsp grated coconut
10-12 green chilies
8-10 flakes garlic
A small piece of ginger
2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
A few strings of coriander leaves
4 onions, chopped |
Chicken Malvani Masala

Method:
- Add grated coconut to a little oil and saute. Then, grind it to a paste with 2 onions.
Keep aside.
- Make a paste by grinding 4 chilies, ginger, garlic, and marinate the chicken in that
paste.
- Heat oil, add chopped onions and saute. Add the other masalas and cook. Add the chicken
pieces and cook.
- Finally add coconut paste with water and cook until done. Garnish with coriander leaves.
