4 cups ripe pineapple, cut into small pieces
4 tbsps celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. black salt (sanchal)

Pineapple Celery Juice

1. Combine the pineapple and celery with 2 cups of water and liquidise till it becomes a pur�e.
2. Add the black salt and mix well.
   Makes 4 glasses
