| Ingredients: 1 large ripe green mango (1 pound)
3 cups water
7-8 tbs sugar
2 slices cantaloupe
Crushed ice |
Mango Juice With Cantaloupe

Method:
- Place the mango in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Boil until tender.
- Let cool, remove the skin and the seed, and scrape away all the pulp. Place the pulp, 3
cups water and sugar in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Transfer the contents to a jug and refrigerate. Strain juice before serving.
- Chop the cantaloupe slices into small bits and stir into mango juice. Serve with crushed
ice.
