4 cups cold milk
5 tsp sweetened cocoa powder
2 big cups chocolate ice cream

Chocolate Milk Shake

1. Blend milk and cocoa powder in a blender for 20 seconds.
2. Add ice cream and whip for 30 seconds.
3. Serve chilled
