| Ingredients: 3 eggs
120g custard sugar
60g butter
1 cup fresh cream
120g self rising flour
A pinch of salt
Few drops of essence
Milk or water, required quantity |

Method:
Mix cream, butter, sugar in a bowl and blend them until smooth.
Beat the eggs well with essence and add this to the above mixture.
Sieve the flour and salt for about 3 times. Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture
and blend again to a smooth paste adding milk or water for consistency.
Transfer this mixture into a greased baking tray and bake at 350-370 degrees F for about
20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool it and serve.
