Ingredients:

50g seviyan
1/2 tin condensed milk
1/2 litre milk
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp nuts
1 tbsp ghee or butter
2 cardamoms, powdered

Method:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan, fry the seviyan till light brown.
  2. Bring milk to boil. Add condensed milk, seviyan and cardamom powder.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and top with raisins and nuts.
  4. Serve hot.
    Serves: 6-8
    Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
