| Ingredients: 2-3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Few drops of essence
Dried nuts (optional) |
Rice & Egg Pudding

Method:
Mix beaten eggs to half of the sugar well.
Boil the milk and make them into two parts.
In one part, add sugar, cooked rice and boil until the rice gets mixed in the milk.
In another part, add egg mixture and place it in hot water pan. Remove from water when
it gets hard enough.
Now, add the two parts and mix well with the essence.
Serve chilled with dried nuts on top, if desired.
