Ingredients:

4 round pineapple slices, chopped
400 gms sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 tbsp gelatin
1 1/2 cup cream
Lemon juice from 4 limes
1 1/2 cup milk

Pineapple Souffle

Method:
  1. Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water and dissolve in a pan of hot water.
  2. Mix the dissolved gelatin, condensed milk, chopped pineapple slices and lemon juice well.
  3. Whip the cream till it is stiff and add to the above mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture in a mold and refrigerate it for sometime.
  5. When set unfold it onto a dish and serve with beaten cream on top.
    Serves: 4-6
    Preparation time: 25-30 minutes
