Ingredients:

1/2 litre milk
100 gms sugar
50 gms rice flour
25 gms semolina
20 gms orange powder concentrate
2 oranges
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Few drops of orange colour
Silver wrap for decoration

Method:
  1. Boil milk, add semolina and give it two boils. Also add rice flour, stir again and boil well.
  2. To this, add sugar, orange powder concentrate and mix well.
  3. Cut the oranges from the center into two, and remove all the pulp without breaking the skin.
  4. Let the skin remain intact like a cup (four cups). Peel, de-seed the orange slices and cut into small slices.
  5. Add the chopped oranges to the above milk mixture, add elaichi powder and orange colour.
  6. Mix well until a creamy texture is formed. Pour this mixture into the orange cups and decorate well using silver wrap.
  7. Cool and serve chilled.
