Ingredients:

500 ml milk
5 egg yolks
125 ml fresh cream
125 gm yogurt (hung)
25 gm gelatin
1 tsp coffee powder
100 gm chocolate
Chocolate sauce:
50 gm cocoa powder
100 gm sugar
For the custard:
350 ml milk
1 tbsp corn flour

Method:
  1. Mix sugar with egg yolks well. Heat milk, add corn flour, egg mixture and form a custard.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add to the custard. Divide this custard into two parts.
  3. Dissolve coffee powder in little hot water and add to one part. Heat and melt the chocolate and add to the other part.
  4. Whip cream with sugar. Add 1/2 cream and 1/2 yogurt to each part and mix well.
  5. Take a mould and holding one part in each hand, pour the two mixtures into the mould simultaneously. Slightly mix with spoon to give a marble effect. Set in the refrigerator till well set.
  6. Remove and cut into heart shape with a heart shape cutter.
  7. For the sauce heat milk, add sugar, cocoa powder and dissolve well. Dissolve corn flour in a little cold water and add to the above to form a smooth chocolate sauce.
  8. Pour chocolate sauce on plate, place the heart shaped cheesecake on top and serve.
    Serves: 6
    Preparation time: 30-40 minutes
