Ingredients:

8 bread slices
300 gms sugar
1 glass of mango juice
250 ml milk
20 gms cashew nuts, roasted
20 gms dry cherries
Ghee or butter for frying

Mango Ka Meetha

Method:
  1. Remove the edges of bread slices and make into small pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread pieces well. Add milk and boil until all the milk evaporates. Do not stir continuously.
  3. Now add sugar, mango juice, a cup of water and stir. Boil until the mixture thickens.
  4. Garnish with cashews and dry cherries.
    Preparation time: 35 minutes
