Ingredients

8 cups fresh yogurt
1 1/2 cup sugar, powdered
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup mixture of orange segments, grapes and bananas

Method:
  1. Hang yogurt in a thin cloth to remove water. Keep for at least 4 hours to drain out completely.
  2. Take out the yogurt in a pan, mix powdered sugar, cardamom powder and fruit pieces.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
  4. Take care that yogurt should not become sour.
