| Ingredients: 150 gms maida (all-purpose flour)
100 gms buttermilk
150 gms sugar
75 gms butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
60 ml soda water |
Eggless Buttermilk Cake

Method:
- Sieve together the maida and baking powder. Keep aside
- Mix sugar, buttermilk and stir well until the sugar melts in buttermilk.
- To the buttermilk mixture, add maida, soda water and mix well.
- At last add vanilla essence, mix well and pour in a greased cake pan.
- Bake at 160 degrees C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves: 6-8
