| Ingredients: 3-4 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
3 cups milk
A pinch of salt
Few drops of essence |
Egg Caramel Custard

Method:
Heat sugar in a pan stirring continuously until it gets brown color.
To this, add 9 tbsp of hot water and mix well. Boil for some time till it gets hard.
Boil milk in hot water pan.
To the beaten eggs, add the above sugar mixture, salt and mix well. Add this to the
boiling milk stirring continuously.
Also add essence and remove from fire. Cool and allow it to refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
