| Ingredients: 1 small packet Marie biscuits
2 cups milk
3 tbsp custard powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp grated coconut
Glace cherries or Gems |

Method:
Take 1/2 cup of milk, dissolve custard and cocoa powder in it.
Boil remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk. On boiling, remove from fire, add dissolved custard
and cocoa mixture and sugar. Keep on fire and stir for 2 minutes till thick.
Place a Marie biscuit on a plate/tray. Spread 1 tbsp of warm custard over it. Place
second biscuit over it and spread custard over it again. Repeat for 6 layers.
Cover the top biscuit and also the sides with the remaining custard.
Sprinkle grated coconut and decorate with gems or cherries. Set in fridge for about 30
minutes.
Cut vertically into four and serve.
