| Ingredients: 1/2 litre milk
50 gms cocoa powder
3 eggs, beaten
100 gms sugar
60 gms butter, melted
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp corn flour |
Chocolate Pudding

Method:
- Mix cocoa powder and corn flour in a bowl and heat until it becomes like a sauce by
adding little water.
- Take beaten eggs in a separate bowl, and to this add sugar,
flour, butter, milk and mix well until the
sugar is melted.
- Also add prepared chocolate sauce to the egg mixture and mix well. Pour this into a
greased bowl and cook in steam for 10 minutes.
- Remove and cut into pieces. You can also serve this chilled if you want.
