| Ingredients: 1/2 cup semolina (Bombay rava)
1/2 litre milk
1/2 cup khoya
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp chopped nuts
2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar |

Method:
Heat butter in a pan, roast semolina and khoya separately until golden brown.
Boil the milk, add the semolina and cook until it gets thick. Then remove from heat.
Beat the eggs thoroughly and add to the above mixture along with khoya, sugar, walnuts.
Spread the whole mixture on a baking dish and spread butter over it.
Bake in a pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes till done.
Serve with cream, which has been whipped with sugar for 2 minutes.
