| Ingredients: Black:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
White:
8 oz cream cheese, at room temp.
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Black Bottom Cup Cakes

Method:
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Pour water,
oil, vinegar and mix in a blender.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat the eggs with sugar and then stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop chocolate batter evenly into muffin pans with paper baking cups.
Spoon a heaping tbsp of cream cheese mixture onto center of batter in each pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes until pick inserted in dark part comes out clean.
Cool cup cakes 10 minutes in pans, then remove to a rack to cool completely.
